





Anouck Champsaur
EIRAnouck works at the intersection of early-stage technology and commercialization. Most recently, she was Head of Business Development & Partnerships at Noon Energy, where she led go-to-market strategy and drove early commercial traction.
Prior to that, she co-founded XL Batteries, a startup spun out of Columbia University developing redox flow batteries for grid-scale storage.
She spent three years as an investor at Sofinnova Partners, a leading European venture capital firm specializing in healthcare and sustainability, where she was part of the Industrial Biotech team focused on early-stage startups across chemicals, materials, food, and agriculture in Europe and the U.S.
She began her career at the Molecular Foundry, a DOE-funded nanoscience research facility.
She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Columbia University and a B.S. in Chemistry from UC Berkeley.
